SISA provides business continuity during the Corona period

SISA has taken measures to ensure business continuity and to guarantee the health and safety of SISA customers, partners and employees. For the time being, SISA employees will therefore work in the home office.

Since the beginning of March, a SISA task force has been continuously monitoring the situation regarding corona virus. As a result, step-by-step measures have been successfully implemented at SISA. Based on the recommendations of the Federal Council and the cantons, the SISA Task Force has decided that for the benefit of SISA employees and in the fight against the spread of the virus, all SISA employees work in the home office. The measures that have already been prepared allow all work that is carried out at the office workplace to be carried out in the home office.

Although we prefer to meet our clients in person, we are currently dispensing with client visits. Essential meetings are held via Skype.

SISA has the appropriate processes and the necessary infrastructure to continue to guarantee uninterrupted business and support operations. We assure you that the entire SISA team will continue to provide you with the service you are accustomed to during these exceptional times.

You can reach all SISA employees at their usual direct dial. You can reach the SISA Helpdesk as usual from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. under the direct helpdesk number 0848 49 49 49 as well as under support@sisa.ch. Please do NOT address your inquiries to the general SISA Info-Mail address.

We are confident that the situation will calm down again in the coming weeks and therefore continue to plan to hold the Declare-it Solution Days on 26 May in Basel and 28 May in Paudex. Should this not be possible due to the then current situation, we will inform you in good time.

We are convinced that this approach will ensure the best possible support and wish you continued good health and sunny spring days!
