Jürg Zellmeyer, Product Manager Declare-it, first gave an overview of the current status of the project DaziT and informed about further news concerning the Federal Customs Administration. In his second presentation he spoke about the new version Declare-it V4.1. Thomas Cattaruzza, Product Manager Declare-it Dutax presented the latest news about Dutax. Furthermore Simon Borchers, Project Manager and BI specialist, explained the functional differences between Declare-it Cockpit and the new SISA Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
Further on-demand sessions informed the Solution Day participants about the emergency procedure, the Declare-it module Fast Data Entry and the SISA Digital Dossier in an interesting way.
The feedback on the digital Solution Days was very positive. We are extremely happy about this and are encouraged to continue to focus on digital formats in the future. Nevertheless, a majority of the participants would like to see the Solution Days in physical form again in the future.
Also for the SISA team, these events were a very inspiring new experience. Nevertheless, we believe that physical Solution Days offer added value. We are therefore planning and looking forward to meeting SISA customers again next year on site in Basel and Paudex for these highly informative events.
