We launched this important project in 2018. Based on an intensive process analysis, guidelines and process instructions were refined and recorded in detail in more than 50 documents on all topics relating to information security. We then made all SISA employees and partners aware of ISMS and information security.
Highly motivated, the persons responsible in all divisions adapted their processes. Then all employees were trained. As a result of a successful internal audit in autumn 2019, we defined and implemented additional measures. We are proud to have successfully granted certification by specialists of the Swiss Safety Center at the end of March 2020.
With the ISMS we have implemented numerous improvements in information security. Further points have been defined and are still being perfected. We are convinced that you as a SISA customer will also benefit from the SISA information management system in the future.
